ABOUT THE CHARITIES

Founded in 2003, the Warriors Sled Hockey Team is designed to provide the opportunity to play hockey to those with physical disabilities. We practice year round at the Arenas at Woodbridge as well as playing a full schedule of games. Our program creates friendships and socialization skills for our players and a support system for our families.

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is a pediatric healthcare facility and primary care provider, offering the best available care and support for kids.
